An accomplished sales performance coach/trainer, who has supported and serve numerous sales teams and individuals within the various coaching, leadership positions held within several blue-chip pharmaceutical/Med Device companies, (GSK, Pfizer, Abbott, Alcon and Johnson & Johnson). Notable achievements: Sales training awards with Abbott. Invited to help develop a global coaching model Leading my UK sales team to top country in EMEA.

Three decades within the Pharmaceutical & Med Device industry, Previously served 11 years in the British army as a nurse, travelling extensively.

I now provide freelance coaching (virtual & F2F) globally.

Married to Ruth,  two grown up sons Benjamin & Christian, and one grandson called Noah. 

We enjoy walking our dog Bailey, I sing in a choir and support volunteer work for the Commonwealth war graves.
