Marina started her career in Raiffeisenbank Russia in 2007 in Credit cards analysis group. She became Head of Credit analysis support group year after, and then Head of Car lending department in 2011. Marina worked in Shared Services Center from its opening in 2013 and participated in Retail lending reallocation. She was responsible for centralization of LE&IE Customer Service Support, Retail and Corporate credit maintenance and administration. In 2014 Marina became Head of LE&IE Customer Service Support department, and from 2016 she is Head of Shared Services Center at Raiffeisenbank Shared Services Center in Russia, the bank’s biggest operational unit covering all business segments, including 15 units with 1300 employees and more than 1000 functions.
