Bringing a human perspective to the digital revolution has been the golden thread in Marius’s career. After studying computer science and human-computer-interaction at RWTH Aachen University, he started his career as a consultant for usability and digital analytics. When Germany’s well-known energy brand Yello offered him a position in the newly founded digital user experience team, he took the opportunity to initiate and establish user-centered design for Yello’s e-commerce and online customer service. When Bayer was creating a new digital marketing team for the global Crop Science organization, Marius joined Bayer and extended his practical experience into a more strategic role. In his time in Bayer, he has been establishing a variety of global strategic and operational activities as well as building a strong collaboration between global, regional and country organizations across different functions.
