According to Sasha, there is no gain without any pain. It is essential to install a right to fail culture to learn from your sophisticated customer.
Jerome Pigeot, Director Global Product Marketing Hospital Portfolio from ResMed will take the stage next and will talk about VOC and the impact level on product development.
